Thank you to my sweet friend, Mickey, for giving me a flip video camera for my birthday (two years ago).  Finally, I got the courage to record a morning practice at home to share with you.  The beauty of experiments is that some times they work, some times they don’t.  The recording was fine, however, the camera cut off just before the end of the practice due to low battery.  Also, a few little flaws in the placement of the camera, but I think you can get the idea and can follow the practice easily.

Next, I tried to upload to youtube… guess what?  After 660 minutes of uploading they tell me a 27 minutes video is too long and you tube has removed it!  Guess I need a little more understanding of this whole process.  After a bit of experimentation, editing, frustration, and laughing at myself… I offer you a short video clip with a way to warm up for your practice or just a small re-set in the middle of your day.  The remainder of the practice will be posted along the way.  Namaste and thank you Mickey!

Besides Max Strom, there are a few flow teachers that I have truly enjoyed their classes.  Seane Corn is one of these teachers.  Her workshops are so much fun and really help you learn more about your practice.  I was excited when viewing her website last week… She now has video downloads for your home practice.  I really think you will love her teaching and sequencing.  Breathe deep and move a little more each day.
