At some point in yoga we begin to see ourselves and our lives clearly. We see the dysfunction we have caused. We see the joy around us. We see all we may have taken for granted or all we have to appreciate. When we see things as they truly are, they begin to open up and change without us having to change anything. It is amazing how this works. Truth can take on many forms and can be hard to find at times. I found this Zencast from Jack Kornfield that put Truth in perspective for me. He reminds us that thinking about life doesn’t have to be so serious and we can see things in a new way. Take the time to listen… you will laugh, you may cry, your eyes may open to something new. (I put it on my ipod and listened during my daily drive.)
